With flat-panel displays it is no longer possible to put the essential center speaker in its traditional place on top of the television due to how slim they are. Many consumers have been forced to find other aesthetically inadequate or expensive means for center speaker placement. Often these other options compromise the efficacy of the surround sound system and general aesthetics of living rooms or home theaters.

Product Description
The CSSP40 is a center channel speaker bracket that allows the speaker to be mounted on top of modern flat-panel television sets. The CSSP40 is aesthetically pleasing and allows the center channel speaker to be placed in an optimal position. This simple bracket can be adjusted to angle the speaker slightly down at the listener and can support up to 40 pounds.

Objectives
The developers of CSSP40 are willing to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of accessing the appropriate consumer markets with the product.

Intellectual Property Protection
CSSP40 is the subject of Patent Pending in the United States. Other territories will be considered on an 'as needed' basis.
